This is one remote control you won’t want to lose. At $30,000, it is quite possibly the world’s most expensive and does not belong in between the couch cushions. Made by Danish manufacturer Lantic Systems, it is called the Gold RC1 and offers sleek design and total control of your TV/video/DVD, music/CD, internet, e-mail, CCTV, burglary alarm, lights, curtains, air-conditioning and surveillance of navigation systems. Unveiled a the METS 2007 Exhibition in Amsterdam, Holland, it is made from pure gold and will become available in December.
